The project seamlessly blends the RPG combat mechanics of the original game with high-score arcade challenges and systems, offering players a highly difficult challenge and rich customization options.

Main Menu Options

The Deltarune Battle Simulator main menu features four core options:

🎮 Battle Sim V4

•Core Gameplay: This is the main attraction. It adopts the turn-based combat framework of DELTARUNE but integrates a rhythm game-like high-score challenge. Player attack accuracy directly determines damage and TP (Tension Point) gain, encouraging players to master perfect timing.
•In-Depth Challenge: The combat formulas are complex, and the damage and defense mechanisms are highly tuned. Players must strategically utilize Kris's support, Susie's offensive burst, Ralsei's healing/sparing, and Noelle's unique damage to survive increasingly difficult waves of enemies.
•High-Score System: The game encourages pushing limits. The final score is determined by multiplying the Wave Multiplier by the Challenge Modifiers (Mods). By selecting high-difficulty Mods like SD (2.0x) and FL (2.2x), you can significantly boost your score and climb the leaderboards.

🧩 Puzzle Master 2

•Core Gameplay: Unlike the high pressure of the Battle Simulator, this is a puzzle mini-game.
•Challenge Modes: Includes Sprint Mode, which focuses on speed and efficiency, and Endless Mode, which tests stamina and adaptability, making it an excellent choice for switching gears and relaxing.

🛒 SHOP

•Hosted by the fan-favorite character Spamton. You can use the in-game currency, Kromer (Kr), earned through gameplay to purchase Desktop items.
•Function: Purchasing a Desktop item unlocks a new game background. The game features 20 total backgrounds, most of which must be purchased from the shop.

⚙️ Options (Settings)

•Save File Management: The game offers a convenient code save system. You can export your current progress (including high scores and purchased backgrounds) as a string of code, which can then be input upon launch to load your file, ensuring your achievements are never lost.
•Control Scheme: You can switch between Desktop (keyboard/mouse) and Mobile (touchscreen) control schemes at any time.
